The event is taking shape - Es wird spannend!
| Countdown - we are about to finalize the programme. Have a taste of it and look at the current draft. During the last days, we had a couple of conversations with cooperation partners, and we are really excited. One thing for sure: the event will be even more diverse, colourful, interactive, and practice oriented. There will be quite a few innovative approaches to deal with the issue of change. Just to list a couple of highlights: at a horse farm outside of Berlin, Swanette Kuntze and her team will surprise us with her concept of "Horse Assisted Leadership Development". Two different speakers will focus on Otto Scharmer's Theory U, probably the hottest current framework for transformation processes that shows us how learn from the future as it unfolds. Piritta from Finland will teach us how to use arts in change processes. "Shakespeare Goes Change!" is another workshop we are curious about. And there will be much more. You can look forward to a remarkable event that will end with a grande surprise. At the final afternoon, we will host a multi-media assisted workshop which will involve all participants and which will give us the opportunity to digg deeper and think more profound about change. Countdown - wir sind kurz davor, das endgültige Programm der 2. Berlin Change Days zu veröffentlichen. Einen Vorgeschmack gibt es jetzt schon. Die letzten Tage haben wir mit unterschiedlichen Kooperationspartnern gesprochen. Soviel jetzt schon: Die Veranstaltung wird noch vielfältiger, bunter, interaktiver und praxisorientierter. Es wird viele innovative Ansätze mit dem Thema "Change" umzugehen geben. Ein paar Highlights jetzt schon: Swanette Kuntze und ihr Team werden uns auf einem Reiterhof nahe Berlin ihr Konzept der Entwicklung von Führungsfähigkeiten mit Hilfe von Pferden darlegen. Gleich zwei Referenten beschäftigen sich mit dem Thema "Theory U", der meist- und heißdiskutierten neuen Formel für Transformation, die Otto Scharmer vor wenigen Jahren in die Welt gesetzt hat ("von der Zukunft lernen, so wie sie vor uns erscheint"), Piritta aus Finnland wird uns Möglichkeiten eröffnen, Veränderungsprozesse mit Hilfe von Kunst anzustoßen. Der Workshop "Shakepear Goes Change" macht uns jetzt schon neugierig. Und vieles mehr. Freuen Sie sich mit uns auf einen unvergesslichen Event, der mit einer großen Überraschung enden wird. Soviel sei verraten - wir werden die 2. Berlin Change Days mit einem multimedialen Spektakel beenden, dass alle Beteiligten einbezieht und dass uns die Möglichkeit geben wird, noch tiefer über das Thema Veränderung nachzudenken.
