Sharing some insights from the Art of Hosting mailing list until the Berlin Change Days in November:

Hi everyone,

I am a first-time poster here, having attended the AoH training at Hazelwood House in the UK last week. I am in the midst of a project looking at the metaphor of Leader as Host, and Host as Leader. I have already written a paper about this (published earlier this year) and Toke encouraged me to invite anyone interested to join in a discussion about it at the Art of Hosting UK ning group at

http://hostinguk.ning.com/forum/topics/leader-as-host-discussions-and

You don't need to be a member to view what's there and download the paper (and also the harvest group our discussion on this topic at Hazelwood). You do need to join (free) to add to the discussion - or just email me and I will collect and spread the contributions.

Many thanks in advance.

Cheers
Mark
