Meine Deutsch ist nicht gut, so let me please answer in English :) BCD goes for Berlin Change Days, a conference on Change Management (anything that is related to this, from company to NGO, from business to arts), the concept started in 2009, and was launched with a very successful event in November 2009. Now we are planning the next conference for November 2010, and our concept is to open the opportunity to anyone who would like to contribute, to submit their session proposals, and then our potential participants will have the chance to vote (on the course of March) for the sessions they like the most.
So if you are interested as a speaker, then please visit this page: http://www.berlinchangedays.com/page/call-for-proposals, and if you are interested as a participant, please have a look at the blogs from the last conference (unfortunately we dont have blog posts about each sessions, but some of them are there): http://www.berlinchangedays.com/profiles/blog/list and keep an eye on the website so that you can follow the voting, which will start soon.
