I work with organizational culture. Culture is the way we do things around here - and the way people think and give meaning to their work. If you can change the way you think, you can actually change behavior and vice versa. Especially in an organization or group: People can facilitate each other to stick with the new behaviors, turn them in routines and successfully change.
