How did you find out about the conference?
actually two years ago already. I joined the Change Days in 2009 for the first time and I am looking forward to the next conference! It's a wonderful place to share ideas and learn from others.

They are made by people. They should be changed by people obviously. Change is nothing that should be done to people (like almost all things in life actually).

I've learned from Holger about the Change Journey as a great tool for facilitating change

and we are currently experimenting with learning and knowledge networks - read our hack!
