Change is the only constant in our lives at every level, personal and professional, yet we are afraid and reluctant to embrace it. Ancient wisdom traditions have processes and structures that help us to deepen our understanding of our connections to the myriad networks that surround us. This enables to centre and balance us which strengthen our capacity to work with change instead of resisting it, be it in complex organisations or at a personal level. I'd use different experiential and reflective learning tools during the workshop including pair and small group work so that participants can begin a process and journey which they are able to continue afterwards. We live in a very mechanistic and target driven world where we only value what can be measured. This impairs our ability to think and act creatively. The workshop will aim to mobilise this creativity, however briefly, to motivate participants to take something positive back into their lives.
Aims of the session:
At the end of the session participants will enhance
Methodology:
The workshop will use experiential and interactive
methodologies. We will use ourselves as primary learning material.
The areas we will focus on will include mindfulness, energy
mapping, understanding endings and beginnings through ceremonies
and rituals.
The few hours we spend together will be a brief stop on our change
journey to share, inspire and acquire some practical knowledge and
tools to help us to continue on our way. The time is not enough but
I hope it’ll be a beginning of something positive.

gehen.
