Change Management and Change Facilitation have become standard concepts in transformative work in organizations and societies. Over the last decades, we saw the rise of a multitude of approaches, methodologies and tools that are meant to support individuals, teams, communities and organizations in creating working environments that benefit the purpose of the individuals as well as of the organizations. The practice of Change has been applied to making processes more effective but also to help stakeholders to co-create their own future. In the panel discussion, we want to summarize the different inputs that have been provided during the Berlin Change Days and try to find a synopsis: What is common in our approaches? What is different? Where can we connect and where do we differ in our perception on how change can be effected?
In World Café format with the involvement of all participants!
